Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Well Pleased Group collects through this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to respond to you and to schedule a session.

  • Details you enter in a booking request: your name, email, company, city and timezone, the times you prefer, and anything you write about what you want to cover.
  • Details you enter when you join a waitlist: your name, email, the offering you are interested in, and your answers to the questions on that form.
  • Messages you send through the contact form or social channels.
  • Basic usage information, such as which pages are visited, so we can tell what is working on the site.

How we use it

Your information is used to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and confirm a session time.
  • Send booking confirmations, scheduling details, and any follow-up about a session you requested.
  • Keep a record of sessions and payments for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Understand how the site is used so it can be improved.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Email

We use your email address to confirm bookings and to send information you asked for. We do not sell your email address and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses basic cookies needed to work and to measure visits in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers.

Sharing

Your information is not sold or rented. It is shared only with the services that run this site, such as payment processing, hosting, and email delivery, and only as needed to provide them. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Retention

Booking, payment, and waitlist records are kept for as long as they are useful for running the business and for legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by getting in touch through the Contact page. Requests are honoured unless we are required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
