Acceptance

By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

What we offer

Well Pleased Group offers paid one-on-one advisory sessions with Cashmere Nicole on business strategy, product, and company building. Sessions are confirmed individually by email after a request is submitted.

Booking and payment

• A booking request includes two preferred times. Submitting a request and completing payment does not by itself confirm a time.
• One of your two proposed times is confirmed by email. If neither can work, you will be contacted to find another time.
• Times you choose are read in the city and timezone you select on the booking form.
• Payment is collected at the time of the request through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price for the session booked.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to move a session, reply to your confirmation email as early as possible and a new time will be arranged. Sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.

Advisory only

Sessions are advisory. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or investment advice, and no professional relationship beyond the session itself is created.

Decisions you make for your business are your own, and no specific outcome, result, or revenue is promised or guaranteed.

Site content

The writing, images, and materials on this site belong to Well Pleased Group and are provided for your own reading. They may not be copied, republished, or sold without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it to send unwanted messages.

Third-party links

The site links to other places, such as LinkedIn, Stripe, and press coverage. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Well Pleased Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from a session. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
